Eligibility:

• Competitor Products: To qualify for a price match, the product must be identical to the one offered by AtoZ Calibration, including brand, model number, and specifications.
• Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized retailer located in the same country as AtoZ Calibration. We do not match prices from third-party sellers on marketplace websites or auction sites.
• In-Stock Items: The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of your price match request.

Price Match Process:

• Locate a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price on an identical product from an eligible competitor, contact us before completing your purchase.
• Submit Documentation: Provide us with evidence of the competitor’s lower price, such as a copy of their current advertisement or a link to their website displaying the lower price.
• Verification: Our team will verify the lower price and ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. This verification process usually takes 1-2 business days.
• Approval and Purchase: Once verified and approved, we will match the competitor’s price. You can then proceed with your purchase at the matched price.

Exclusions:

• Clearance and Closeout Sales: Items marked as clearance, closeout, or liquidation are not eligible for price matching.
• Special Promotions: We do not match prices from special promotions, including rebates, coupon discounts, bundled offers, or limited-time sales.
• Membership Discounts: Prices exclusive to paid memberships or subscription-based services are not eligible for price matching.
• Errors: We do not match prices that are the result of typographical or pricing errors.

Post-Purchase Price Match:

• Price Drop Refund: If you find a lower price from an eligible competitor within 7 days after purchasing from AtoZ Calibration, we will refund the difference. Provide your order details along with the competitor’s advertisement or website link to request a refund.
